About Hugh
Hugh joined the board at DAWN Advice in January 2009 to help support the strategic management of the social enterprise. Since then, Hugh has provided a unique insight and specific guidance as a result of his skills and understanding of business change.

His 30 years of experience in the public sector, and his current role as an independent consultant, has allowed Hugh to offer focused expertise on identifying, planning and implementing strategic change. He also has a vast degree of experience in improving the strategic ICT services and policies within an organisation which he has put into practice.

Hugh is eager to use his knowledge in this field to further assist in the development of DAWN and to help its future expansions.
